Graphics Card Bad Capacitor

Woke up today and my monitor is flashing yellow lights, no picture. Thought at first it was the monitor but I decided to check gfx card first. Glad I did, found out that there was a bad capacitor on the graphics card.

In your opinion, is it just the capacitor that I replace? Do i need to check something else?

I would say just the capacitor if it has bulged/blown.

Check that there aren't any other defects on the card, and if all is well, just replacing the bad one should solve your problem

Thanks. I have replaced the capacitor and it is now working great. I haven't done anything like this before.

Well congratulations Have you used a soldering iron before this? I hope you used a capacitor with the same specs
