it seems my 7800gt is playing tricks on me. I noticed that it wasnt tending to run very smooth sometimes (i posted another topic about this, i had a problem with some videos and games where it would just skip a couple frames every once in a while, similar to lag). I tested it on 3dmark06 and got much lower scores than i had got before. I was getting like 4200 or 4300 but now with the same settings i'm getting only 3800. that's directly after a restart with no open programs running (cpu was running at 98-99% idle). any idea as to what the problem is? it's not running that hot, it's usually around 45 or so, highest i've seen it is 52...i'm pretty sure it's the graphics card, as my pc still runs about as fast as it did before (although I lost a second on superpi for some odd reason), and i usually hit around 1905 or so for my cpu score in 3dm06.
