ya looks good.
just one thing, i would buy a none over clocked one and do it myself. it super easy. will save you some $

How exactly do you over-clock?
What are the advantages/disadvantages?
Any Risks?

i use a program called MIS afterburner, its a free download.
advantage is more preformance and the disadvantage is it voids warrantys most of the time.
you can mess up your card but only if you go crazy, as long as you go slow and make sure you card it working after every OC with software and dont let it run to hot it should be fine.
