Graphics Card Help!

Hey guys, I am looking for a new gpu and I am trying to go for an overkill approach. I have only one asus vg278he monitor, but I want to play games like assassins creed 4, bf4, crysis 3, and farcry 3 at max settings including the highest aa settings along with 4k or 2.5k resolution down sampling at at least 100 fps. I am stuck between one gtx780ti 3gb or two gtx770 4gbs in sli. I am concerned about the vram and I'd like to know which setup will suit this best.

On a side note I later might double the 780ti or triple the 770 if necessary but tell me what setup is better with the side note and what is better without the side note.

Another side note, how much watts power supply would i need for each and every one of these setups?

Last side note, the gtx 780ti is 384bit and the gtx770 is 256bit, what is this, what does it do, and what does it affect and is it noticeably different and is it a big deal?

Thanks guy

A single 780Ti wont play 4K at 100FPS Ultra BF4 for example. Even SLI 780Ti wont. I know, i run 3K resolution, with 780Ti SLI and on Bf4 i get around 90FPS. Add another 1080p to that and you're down to 60FPS. So yeah, 4K gaming with one 780Ti, you'll probably get 30 or 40FPS.

I would also go for a 295X if you are planning on 4K gaming as that has more VRAM which is required.

In terms of a PSU, 1200W is what you safely need for 2 x 780Ti as it will often drag 900W+. You will also need a good CPU.

Well lets say 2.5k or no downsampling which will perform better, and my cpu is a amd 8350, and what would be my fps rate on those settings? I also prefer nvidia

Will the dual sli 770 4gbs perform better?

Yeah they will, but only slightly and then you're stuck there (usually no extra room or PCI lanes to take advantage of).

If you plan on playing 4K, then get the 29x, or if 3 x 1080p monitors, then you'll need either CF 290x or SLI 780Ti/780 and a 1200W (1000W min) quality PSU with 100A on the 12V rail.

4K gaming requires 2 of these at ~$540 each http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150696 and
something like this Corsair 1200W PSU http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139039

Around $1500 all up.

If you want 100+FPS, you'll need to spend around $3,400 for 2 x 295x (quad CF) or tri SLI 780Ti. But with 4k, id go for the AMD due to the higher VRAM. 3K gaming, 780Ti SLI is fine.

if youdo 2.5k or 1440p resolution, you will need to get a 770 sli 4gb each card, or higher to play with all aa maxed out in cysis 3. im running a 1440p screen now, and I have 2 x gtx 670 ftw+ 4gb each in sli, and in crisis 3 I get 60fps with everything maxed out, but with fxaa for my aa sample. when I turn the aa to msaa x 8, I get 40fps average, and that's with an i7 3770k. your 8320/50 will get less than that.
