graphics card help...

Okay so my computer has tw of the vga outs but one of them doesnt work,i tried to have a second monitor,and i want to get a vga to rca adapter,so i looked inside it but i dont want to f*** up my whole computer,so any help you could give would be greatly appreciated,thanks!!!

You looked inside? What do you mean, if you have TV out, it'd be right around the VGA outputs, outside the case.

How are you going about activating the 2nd VGA connection? Does you driver have something to do this, or are you using windows setup under Display Properties > Settings?

okay so what im saying is one doesnt work how should i make it work? and i never said i had a tv out...

why would you stuff up your computer when you look inside? If it doesn't work then chances are that output is dead there isn't anything you can do to make it work, or in might be loose in which case you can re-seat the card but I very much doubt that.
