Graphics Card Issue

Hi I recently purchased a ATI Radeon X800 and eversince this happens.

THis happens to all the games I put in. I realize I neglected to uninstall my previous gaphics cards drivers before I put the new card in. However I believe I uninstalled before I put the new drivers in. Since I am not knowledgable I do not know what to do in this case. Any suggestions?

Unless you be more specific about the issue, I am not sure if anyone can recognize it unless they have the same game...

Are you talking about the grays look blotchy?
 
The structure has spikes coming out the top they are not supposed to be thier nither should the terrain look like that. So yes I am talking about the grays look blotchy, the pixels of the structure are behaving strangely. Ever since I installed the new graphics card
