Hi
I've just tried to install a GeForce 5700Le graphics card for the second time after taking back my first one for being faulty. At least thats what the geezer at PC world said after I'd explained to him everything I'd tried. But I'm getting the same problem with the replacement!!?!? I think I might know what to do but I want a second opinion before I go ahead and do it. The mother board my Pakard Bell has is a columbia 5P. On their support web site it says there is a BIOS update for this motherboard to resolve an issue when there is a blank screen after intalling a new graphics card. It sounds like my problem but I'm weary about using a BIOS update incase I have the wrong mother board and it ****s everything up. Can anyone confirm that this is the way to go?...
