Graphics Card Recommendations

I'd like to get some recommendations for a GPU. I'm looking to be able to play some decent games, nothing crazy, also watch blu-rays and HD TV with the tuner card I'm going to get. I don't want to spend more than $75 on the card. Here is my system:

Dell Dimension E520
Intel G965 express chipset
OCZ Fata1ity 550W Power Supply (OCZ550FTY)
3.06 GHz Intel P4 HT
4 GB DDR2 SDRAM 667MHz
I've also added a few case fans to my rig so I've got PLENTY of cooling - the airflow inside my case is very good. I'd actually prefer a GPU that does NOT have a fan.
Windows XP SP3

Any good recommendations for my setup?

Keep in mind also that I'm going to be upgrading the CPU as soon as I can to an Intel Core 2 Duo E6300.

9800GT 512MB, $50 after MIR is a good buy

If you want sound out from HDMI and DX11, get 5670

Also, if you want to upgrade CPU, don't get C2D E6300, it is slow.
Go for a BIOS update, and get Q6600 (I think it support 65nm C2D/ C2Q)

That's a sick card at a good price and I would buy it right now, except...I don't think it's going to fit in my computer (physically) because of the CPU cooling fan shroud...
