Graphics Card Will Not display 3 screens

I been running 3 screens on my PC using Radeon Saphire R9 380x for a while but ever since I opened the AMD Radeon Settings and clicked On "Eyefinity" > "Quick Setup" I instantly lost signal on all 3 monitors. Restarted PC, uninstalled graphics card driver and reinstalled the latest one, no use. The only way to get any one of the 3 screens to get signal is to unplug any one of the three, that way the other two will get signal.

I really hope Radeons Eyefinity didn't just screw my new graphics card.

My PC specs:
CPU: Intel i7 CPU 930 @ 2.80GHz
RAM: Corsair XMS3 6GB (3 x 2GB) + Corsair Vengeance 12GB (3 x 4 GB) total of 18 GB
Hard disk space: 2 TB
Motherboard: ASUS P6T (http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P6T/#specifications)
Power supply: Cooler Master G750M

Much appreciate any help. Thanks a lot guys.

Regards,

Are you trying to play games across all 3 displays? If so, the 380X isn't going to cut it except on older games or lower settings. And if not, then you don't need to be messing with Eyefinity at all.

Your problem is likely the same that I had with my 7970 and then R9 390 when I tried to do 3 monitors. I'm assuming this is your card.

I'm also assuming that you're attempting to use the two DVI ports and the HDMI port. This is not actually possible as the card can only push signal to 2 of those 3 ports at any one time. Meaning, 2 DVI at once or 1 HDMI and 1 of the DVI's. Something to do with the HDMI port piggybacking off of the DVI signal, or vice versa. Don't remember specifics.

You'll need to hook up to the DisplayPort for one of them in order to get three screens going. I have 1 DisplayPort for my primary, an HDMI for my secondary, and a DVI running to my third monitor. All 3 different sizes and resolutions, works great.

If you are indeed using DP and the two others than I'm not sure what's up. Eyefinity won't immediately screw anything up. Disable it if possible, you only need it to run games on all monitors at once.

Hello Darren,

Thanks for responding. Yes that is my card, although I actually bought it for cheaper on the same website :) I really just updated my crimson driver and out of curiosity clicked Eyefinity > Quick setup and instantly lost signal on all 3 monitors. I am assuming it is a bug with their latest driver as i i am using the same ports as you, 1 on DP 1 on HDMI and 1 on DVI. Problem is, their software bug may have screwed my graphics card up since uninstalling it and reinstalling an older version didnt help.

Disable Eyefinity I guess...?

The drivers won't have killed your card. Maybe try reinstalling them with one monitor hooked up and then add them back one by one?

Ok I did install a much older version of the driver, the catalyst control center which I was using with my older graphics card. Looks like it fixed the issue.
