hi I have a windows 7 dell OptiPlex 330 desktop slim I bought the game spin tires but it wont play I was told my graphics card is not good enough what card do I need to buy or do I need to do to make it work thanks.

My highschool used to give those PCs away at the end of the year.. It's really only good for browser games and office processing.
If you haven't played more than 1hr in it, you can request a refund through Steam. I'd recommend saving to build a newer PC that will last into the future, and checking recommended specs before buying games!
