hello i am relatively new to computer gaming.. somewhat i've always had a dad help me with what i need to do to setup graphics cards and such but know i am making money so i want to know what a good system combination for gaming is.. for reference i currently have a toshiba w/vista os laptop so i'm pretty familiar with the vista OS, i've had ati radeon graphics cards on all the computers i've had thus far so i'm partial to radeon, and i want to run arma 2 and other graphically advanced video games with great visuals and the budget i will have is from 300-750. anyways advice and opinions would be appreciated..

what are you looking for exactly? a upgrade to a laptop gpu or a desktop graphics card? im quite confused...as far as i know toshiba makes laptops...

the radeon 5850 would be a nice gpu in that budget range, at about 300 bucks

You'll be able to get just about any high-end card with that kind of budget. Like FuryRosewood said, is it for a desktop PC? What are the specifications of your current computer so we can recommend something compatible?

Are you after new machine? Laptop/ Desktop?
Or are you after upgrade existing? You could upgrade video card of desktop, but not for laptop.
