Hey there im having a problem with my graphics. Sometimes im exploring on the internet my graphics start so crap put and my computer locks up. Sometime the screen just turns off for a second then boots back to life and then sometimes it turns off then you have to turn computer off at the wall. I think the graphics card is on it's way out.... The other thing it i thought there might not be enough power to run it. Ive got a 350w power supply running 3 hard drives (2 x sata and 1 ide) a cd drive, CPU fan, GPU fan, hdd cooler, fan at lower front and fan on my graphics card, is my 350w enough power to run all this i thought it would be. I have also taken the side off the case and but a fan blowing cold air on the graphics card just incase of overheating but it still screwed up. What should i do?

What does this mean "my graphics start so crap put"? Also, what kind of graphics do you have? The problem can be your monitor as well.

Your PSU may need alittle more power.. But I agree with elitehacker. If your monitor is shutting off at odd times theres either something wrong with socket it's inserted into or your monitor is dying

The graphics go all weird before it shuts off! When i tyred playing counter-strike a computer game all the models went all weird as well. Also some times the graphics go weird for like a second then back to normal. Ill try a different monitor
and post back.

heres a picture of what the graphics turn to

Gfx card relies on that PSU, it looks like it isn't getting enough power to fill the pixels quick enough. Find some way to put your HDD's under stress and then look at your screen, that will tell. If those HDD's are running and your gfx go bad, I would say it is your PSU.

I unplugged my 2 x SATA HDD and the HDD cooler to see if my graphics wasn't getting enough power, it seems to be running better but it still went funny like in that picture and then the computer frooze up again. Do you think maybe since my card has been running with not enough power for a little while the graphics card may have been damaged and thats why it's still running bad with sufficient power (unplugged HDDs and cooler). Ill try a different power supply next with the 2 hdds and the cooler unplugged then that should determine if it is the power supply. if it is still not working ill try the different power supply with mates graphics card and that should decide if the cards days are over. what do you think?
