graphics problems, AOE3 probmlems

i dont really know if this is where this post belongs but i just downloaded the age of empires 3 trial and whenever i start it up it goes to a blue screen and i have to restart. i dont even see anything, it goes black and then blue and im done. this happened twice in a row and i really dont know wat the problem is?
any help is appreciated
 
thanks, thats wat i thought it was 2. but i finsihsed writing my thread. closed all my programs and tried it again. and it worked
 
wait it happened again. i played it once and it worked and then i tried it again in the morning and now it doesnt work.
 
IS your GFX card supported??? I would think it would be the drivers. Try to repair the installation of the game.
