and i have a new 460 watt power supply dont know what kinda but it cost me 60$ anyways whats a good new Graphics card unser 70 $ ? cause the one i got now sucks

Not an ideal pricepoint, but I chose this from the newegg listing of $50-75 - best all-round with DDR3 (most use DDR2 at that pricepoint)

You can do quite a bit better in the $75-$85 pricerange
