'green/blue/red dots and lines' help please

So i have had this problem for a few months now.. it doesnt happen all of the time but it comes and goes.

When i am playing on online games or simply scrolling up and down facebook i get lime green, red and blue moving lines that appear on images or on the edge of moving parts on internet games. i really dont understand what is causing this problem or how to fix it.

Check your GPU temps using this little program http://www.gputemp.com/

Update your drivers. The latest ones can be downloaded from the NVIDIA website.

Try using a different monitor.

Try using a different monitor cable (ie, different VGA or DVI cable).

Maybe even try checking your RAM for errors.
 
I am sure that the problem with Video Card. Update your drivers and check the monitor if you are getting them frequently.
