Grey Line

I recently downloaded Advanced WindowsCare Personal. It's saposse to clean and repair my computer. Well, after my scan I clicked "Fix" and it did it's job. My friend started telling me how bad of a program it is and he told me I should uninstall it, so I did. Now I notce that whenever I try moving or minimizing, I get this grey line that I really cannot stand. It's annoying the heck out of me. Here is what I'm talking about...

If you want a real Cleaner app, check out ccleaner. It's free and it comes with a registry cleaner as well!

what programs clean computers the best other than CCCleaner... I mean clean and make it feel just as fresh as when you make a new user and it runs really fast..

There is no program that I'm aware of. There's so many things you do to your computer over time, some bad, most good, that it would be impossible for an application to do this, short of reseting the registry, cleaning up all services and startup programs, uninstalling all programs.. that kind of thing. If you want a absolute clean slate, backup data, format, reinstall. Alternatively, you could simply use ccleaner, and resolve to keep your PC clean, uncluttered, or otherwise fresh.
