Grub doesn't list Windows XP

Ubuntu 9.10 / Windows XP Home, dual boot. I upgraded to 9.10 from 9.04 over a month ago. No problems until yesterday, after Update Manager, now Windows XP is not listed. I'm using GRUB v 0.97 Attached are the contents of:
sudo cat /boot/grub/menu.lst
Note, I've had dual boot since May '08, (8.04), no real problems. I'm not very adept at the terminal yet, and almost clueless with Grub. Thank you!

Thanks for the forum!
Here's how I solved the problem;
Opened 'Synaptic Package Manager'
selected: 'grub-choose-default', and other recommended packages
then went to: 'Applications/System Tools/Choose next default for grub
selected: 'Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition'
restarted computer
Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition was highlighted, chose it, and it works!
