GT 240 Help!

Hi all,
Im planning to buy a video card and I need help.
I found the GV-N240OC-1GI(GT 240 Material OC with 1GB DDRG5 by Gigabyte) for like 110+ $ do this card enough good so I can play new games? like Just Cause 2, GTA IV, Crysis and more? do this card will stay good even after 3 years?
Resolution 1440 x 900 with all maxed out.
What if I OC it (18% + performance)?

Maybe you know a better Card for the same price? :confused:

the Gigabyte Radeon HD 5670 Support PCI Express 2.1.
Can i plug it into a PCI Express X16?
And Thks a lot for your reply you make me realize that the 5670 better.
