GTA 4 Can't Connect

Hey everyone. I'm having a problem connecting to a multiplayer game in GTA 4. I've never had this problem in the past 3 months and now when I try to connect in GTA 4 or EFLC, I get: "Disconnected from game session. Returning to Single Player..." I don't understand what the problem is. I have not changed anything else. Can anyone help me?

You got the latest update? or is your firewall blocking multiplayer?

I got the latest update I think, but my firewall is definately not blocking multiplayer because I am able to play other multiplayer games.
