gta:sa too fast

I play GTA:SA SAMP a lot, and have NEVER had that problem.
Have you done anything between the game working fine and not working fine. Anything at all? Also, how long after reinstall did it bugger up?

Why don't you try reinstalling it every time it runs fast?

Make sure the frame limiter is turned on.

did you put the speed up time cheat on? or any cheats at all that could hav affected it?

then cheat to put the gamespeed on slowmotion or so..
should run at normal speeds then.

or,.. when running the game, then crtl +alt+del to windows,.. right click the GTA:SA process and set it to 1 core of the CPU. ( i think its called affinity to core #, but not 100% sure about the name)
