In 2012. I didn't really like GTA IV. It was too realistic. Don't get me wrong, I like realistic games, but compared to Vice City and San Andreas, it just didn't feel the same. And I didn't like the cars handled like a real car. I loved in the other games where I could drive as fast as it goes and be able to maneuver perfectly. Just my thoughts.
