GeForce GTX 470 EVGA
When playing Final Fantasy XIV on medium-high settings, my GPU is hitting as high as 90C, with a stock fan.
Using EVGA precision, I'm seeing that basically the fan isnt adjusting enough according to temp... With the Fan Speed adjusting itself automatically, its only running at 60% for 90C.
Now, I could just adjust the fan manually [at 100% speed its only about 75C], but I shouldnt have to do this :-/ The fan doesnt have to be 100% the entire time, only when Im doing spell-heavy fights. Is there a way, with EVGA precision or any other program, to change how much the fan adjusts for different temps? Like, adjusting as needed to keep it around 75-80C, and not letting it go higher?
