Gtx 660 ti low fps.

Hi i just installed this gtx 660 ti http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

I was expecting good fps in bf3 and gta 4.
I tried it and on bf3 it doesnt even get a solid 60 at medium settings it drops to 40 on caspian border and on gta 4 it stays at 30 at max settings. Apb reloaded also get fps drops to like 40

I tried a older driver version and that didn't help, i also tried uninstalling the nvidia audio driver.

My power supply supply is a 530 watt and my cpu is a amd phenom x4 3.2 ghz black edition.
And 8gb ram

Maybe the powers cables arent working ?
 
have you tried overclocking either the GPU or CPU and seeing if your framerate increases? id start with cpu and see if it increases. i am guessing its a bottleneck
