Gtx 760 sli

What resolution do you play?
What exact model power supply unit do you have?
What games do you play?
What motherboard and CPU?

Aik

Motherboard:
ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0
I have 600W supply unit / I know I need at least 700W for SLI
Resolution:
Full HD 1920x1080
CPU:
AMD Vishera FX-8320

and I play all the new games :)

Some are for sure going to disagree with me here, but after many years and tens of builds for myself, friends and clients, I have learned the hard way that SLI and CROSSFIRE is just not worth it.
Before im attacked by fanboys, I not saying don't go SLI, I just want to say do some research into multi-GPU configurations and the problems they have before you make up your mind.
A 760 is a great card and should play everything very well, personally I would just save my money until I have enought for the best single gpu out there.

I'm not going to attack you at all. In fact, I wholeheartedly agree. :good:

If you want to play at 1080p (which isn't too high a resolution by modern standards) then a single GTX 760 will more than cut it.

If you can afford two 760s, look instead at one 770 or 780 or if you want to look at AMD the R9 280X. I'd advise one single powerful card over two 760s or two weaker cards of any description.

Never had a single issue with SLI. He already has a 760 and many games will not run well with a single 760 even at 1080p. So yes, a 760SLI, will work fine in 99% of cases provided you have the PSU that can push the electrons. So unless he can return the 760 and buy a 780 then thats SLI is the best option.

Dont think I would try to pull off 760 in SLI with a 600W power supply, especially with a 8350. Even a quality one.

It would be fine. It would pull around 420W from the wall and thats with a 3960X.
