GTX460 vs GTX560Ti

well on newegg their pricing just plain sucks on top of only having 2 with 80 plus certification under 100, then their first 80 plus bronze in a 120 buck 750w, not sure on their value even if they are a good performer, and also looked adain and many of their high watt psus have a ton of rails at 30amps

If you look, the majority of the "expensive" PSUs you are on about are modular, so go and compare them to modular power supplies and their pricing is very competitive. Looking at quality units around the same price:

extra wattage, but non-modular

modular, considerably fewer watts, but better build quality

non-modular, similar wattage and build

non-modular, similar wattage and build

Multiple rails are not a bad thing when engineered correctly, the performance can still be on that of quality power supplies with a single 12V rail, which makes what you said about them having many 30/35A rails a moot point completely.
