Guys, I shrunk the title

Hi,
so i was messing with the Accessibility Wizard (Accessories-Accessibility) then I canceled it 'cause it was gonna change the font size, and all of a sudden the title part (where minimize, maximize, close buttons are) got smaller. everything else is normal but the title font is so small i can barely read it. what should i do to change it back to the way it was?
 
Try messing up with your windows themes, I think some themes are customizable to the extent that you can play around with every single item you see on your screen.
 
right-click on your desktop and got to properties. From there choose Appearence, and go to Advanced. In advanced you will see an option for "item", just choose the item you want to modify, and you can change the font or whatever for that specific item.
