Hack into neighbors wireless internet

Verizon ****ed up my internet and I need to get on my neighbors until I can get my internet switched to another company. My computer is running windows 7 64bit and I would prefer a method that actually works, and also one that doesn't use bbacktrack 4 if at all ossible thanks.
