Hack or Virus?

Today I recieved email from facebook that someone logged into my account from another country (algeria). I change my password, but then came another email, that again someone logged into my account. I change my password second time. But after that, pop-up this window:

Does anybody know what that is? Please help

Either a keylogger has been installed or someone is attahed to your system. What do you have for virus/malware protection?
