Hacked

My computer was recently hacked, the hacker has put a password on my computer and i have tryed many different ways of cracking it i have tryed to use startup repair but that did not work as i could not get the right drop down menu i can also not access my bios as all i get is a black screen so that eliminates the idea of a password cracker has anybody got any ideas on what to do ?

Can you boot using a CD/DVD?

What do you see when you boot without any CD/DVD?

When you say you can't get into your BIOS, is it asking you for a password or do you just not know what button to press? It needs to be pressed before the Windows screen appears.
