Half life 1 (source) game save

does anybody have a game save like right before the final boss fight? ive been googling around forever but i cant find anything like that.

Though I recommend you play it through as Half-Life is a great game, here is how you can jump to any level.


You can use a console command to jump to different levels. Enable the console and then enable cheats. After that you should be able to type in
maps
in the console and get a list of maps available.

Then type in
map name_of_map
where name_of_map would obviously be replaced by the name of the map you want to go to.

With source you simply type into the console: changelevel ******** (where the asterisks are replaced my the map name, but it gives you a list, in order).

the final boss in HL 1 sucks ass! they could have thought of something better than a giant hovering electric baby with a head like a terrys chocolate orange after you shoot it for a bit

Cool thanks guys. and actually i ALMOST beat the game, i think i was like 3 or 4 levels away from the end, but then my friend alex comes along and saves over my game (i usually only keep quicksaves so maybe partially my fault too ). So ya i was lookin for a quick and easy way to see how the game ended because my copy of half-life 2 is sitting on my desk gathering dust and calling my name.

Nope, those are the commands that I've found for Source based games.

I guess you can use either one, I use the changelevel command.
