Half-Life 2 Question

Every time I attempt to play this game, it claims I have an insufficient graphics driver and need to download Nvidia Geforce 4 460 Go. They gave me a link to where I could supposedly download it, but upon downloading, installing, and rebooting, NVidia Geforce4 460 Go is nowhere to be found. Does anybody know of a place where I can download this program? Any help would be appreciated.
