I need a motherboard with pci express 240 pin ram up to 677 mhz and a good cooling case that has a couple fans on it, cant pay more than 250It

I dont know what SLI means but yeah it needs to be intel, well since I just looked it up is that only with nvidia..at the moment I have an x800 radeion ati

I could get an nvidia at a later date

the mobo need to support Intel CPU's OR needs to be made by Intel
