Halo 3

Yup Halo 3 looks awesome, can`t wait to get my hands on it, I know what i`ll be doing for the next couple of months after they release it!

Loved the first halo, me and my friends played that for endless hours, completed it on legendary :D

Halo 2 was good but I liked the 1st one better.
 
going to buy a 360 for this game mainly, like I did with the old xbox for halo 1 :) so far, havnt regretted doing that ^_^
 
cant wait for Halo 3, but i havent got too high hopes for it. i hope they hvae relised some of the mistakes they made in 2, as 1 was already Perfect IMO, i have never played a game like i played Halo. me and my mates must have played the original Halo Linkup on Xbox 2 v 2 or 2 v3 for over a year.then i got it on the pc, and played it some more lolz.

i really hope it will be a good game :D

It kinda looked like Halo 3 will be more like Halo 1...

I, personally, really hate campaign on Halo 2. I don't think I ever finished it either... It was just so boring. Plus the storyline was confusing... why the heck do they make you play as the arbiter anyway? I mean, I get the whole civil war thing... but playing as covenant just really screwed up the game for me.
 
halo3 looks awesome but a lot of their new ideas have been done before. like adding a spectator function and having an uneven maps (offense vs defense). sounds a little like counterstrike...

well.. I havnt looked into it for a while, since I knew it wasnt going to be released anytime soon anyway ^^

I really like it that they bring back the assaultrife. I mean, I tried Halo 2 multiplayer, but it was more like unreal or so, just people shooting with dual wielded weapons. I am really so curious about this game, and I did like Halo 2's storyline so I'm fairy sure I'll like this one too :D

Yup me and my gamer m8 had a bash at Halo 2 in campaign. Done it on normal and hard, but on legendary we kept running out of weapons :( and took hours to advance to get anywhere. So we gave up. I feel that the story wasn't as well thought up as the first halo either.

What done it for me on Halo 1 is the swarms when they come by the hundreds :P especially on legendary. Also that rally at the end, thats really fun to do...

But we`ll have to wait and see.
