How can you say its not illegal?
If the game is free, such as RTCW:ET or something. Then doing that is fine.

However halo? I mean come on. Im not against pirated stuff, but I dont try and claim that its all legal.

even if its freeware you cant distribute it without being allowed to do so, although most freeware EULAs allow this, as it helps the software spread.
