Halp, password problem

I booted up this rig 2 weeks ago and changed my pass.It's an admin account, so full privileges.Since then, there has been no changes made....and I've kept using it and never bothered to turn it off.As a result of never turning it off, no login screen either....(I just turn off monitor and leave everything as it is and go to sleep) so I've forgotten the damn pass.

I need a program to find the password or remove it.I'm still on admin, so admin permissions/privileges are not an issue.

Halp?
 
While there is a legitimate reason to recover passwords this forum does not support such conversations as it can be used for hacking. Googling the right information will give you links to what you want to find, and possibly tutorials. I suggest you go there.

It is against the forum rules to talk about any sort of hacking.
