I have a Hanns G 19" and it's very good, but seriously, is that even a comparison? The sceptere kicks its butt.
 
Have you actually seen either in action, specs can be good, doesn't always mean a good picture, the deciding factor should be whether or not it looks good to you. I would suggest buying one you have seen, that looks good.
