have a friend that runs a security company wants to back up his hard drive complete. purchased a external hard drive purchased program shadow, has not been successful. knocks out his net work. sent back shadow. is there a simple way or program to back up. he runs xp home, would a data cartridge back up be better. has to back up about 11 gig. Help, this is my first time on forum.

Could do something like this. It is a simple push button backup. (or so it claims) I have personally never used one. they should come in smaller sizes also..
