hard drive cache

holds info to be sent from the hd... 2mb cache is horrible.. 8mb is standard and good for all that i do (gamer, 3d Studio Max user)... i dunno what 16mb would be like... never seen one in action...
 
also scsi drive have 32mb!

whats the cache like 2mb cache or 8 or even 16 does it make a heck of a lot difference or wot

1. Im impressed you finally learned how to spell 'what'
2. It wont make jack shit all difference -- depending on what you're doing. For 90% of people, having 2MB of cache translates to an additional loadtime of ... wow.... 1-5%. :P
