Hard drive clicking

As of a few days ago my two main hard dive began clicking. It makes significantly more noise during start up now, and when I shut it down. While my system is running it doesn't make any noise until it has been on for around 2 hours or so, and makes a "click...click" noise every 5-10 minutes and is pretty annoying.

Is this a sign that my drive is on it's way out?

Also I'm not sure if this is worth noting, but... this started happening after I recently installed 2 other drives. It does it regardless if those drives are connected or not though, so I'm not sure if that matters. I've tried re installing my OS as well, and that has solved nothing.

Clicking is not a good thing. Need to buy a new drive and start transferring data before it goes out totally.

I have all my music, pictures, videos, etc on 3 other drives already so I'm all backed up. I'm bummed this happened though in the midst of my other hard drive problems

Like said, not a good thing. A click is usually the actuator arm/head/axis problem starting.
