ok the speelings wrong to this thread but, whoo cares.

let me explain the situation, i removed a 40gb maxator hard drive (due to virus filled 20gb primary, i was worried about the viruses spreading)

and i got the 20gb straightened out with windows 2000, but when i come to plug my 40 in it says there is no bytes, out of 0 bytes used. what is the prob.

And how could this prob be caused?

windows detects the Hard Drive but appartently, there is nothing on it, not even free space.

I wont reply to this instantly due to holiday to  SPAIN!!!!!!! ill come back like:mad: (suntanned)

lol that suntanned thing was funny...
well, i duno what that could be, but i suggest you use windows disk management to reformat it.
i've never used windows 2000 before, but for XP you go like this:
right click my computer -> click manage -> click disk management
and you're there! :)
of course windows 2000 could be completely different. at least its not windows 95 lol OLD.
:P

funny why do you have the mermaid as your avatar?! lol thats the 6 series mascot! they use mad mod mike now! :)

ok the women, shes fit, hehe, joke i like the pic as it has alot of detail

ok ive tried that but its still 0gb out of 0gb, i managed to put a text document with 3 words, "WINDOWS 2000 SUCKS!!!" and thats it
