hard drive error at start up PLEASE HELP

i just finished building and when i try to install xp it says it had to stop because the hd may have a virus or something like that
WHAT SHOULD I DO PLEASE HELP

Same with me, I think I need a third party SCSI or RAID driver to install, but no one on this or any other forum will answer me!

Never had that happen to me, I'd try to reinstall. Make sure when it comes up to the format part that you format the drive.
