Hard drive failed -don't have windows disk

Do you get a boot screen at all?
If you do put the windows disk in and restart computer then press any key when it says to to install windows.
If no screen at all then you have a video/computer problem and you may have unplugged a important cable when you were swapping hard drives.
 
Remove and reinsert the video card if it has one as you may have bumped it while trying to replace the hard drive. Also, remove and reinsert the memory as well.
