Hard Drive for PB Easynote MZ35 -216

Hi There

Having a little trouble getting the right new Hard Drive for my son's Packard Bell Easynote MZ35-216. Can anyone help ?

The one I took out was a Seagate Momentus 4200.3 ( 80GB). I bought a new one from Amazon : Seagate Momentus 5400.6 ( 500 GB ). the problem is that, when I went to install it, the new Hard Drive didn't have the pins like the old one, so I couldn't couldn't plug it in.

Have I got the wrong kind of Hard Drive, or is there something else I should be doing ?

You either have an adapter on the old drive that needs to be removed and added to the new drive or the old drive is IDE and the new drive is SATA.

The pictures below show you the differences.
