Hard drive memory issues

I have a single drive set aside with 60gb specifically for windows and it's associated software. I do not install anything on that drive, using instead the 900gb drive for all things and yet it just keeps filling up with... something. When I check properties of the folders inside the drive, it says they take up only 30gb, which leaves around 25gb of space that is taken up by something... and I have no idea what it is. Can't even see where it goes.

Can anyone explain to me what is happening with my computer?

What operating system are you running? Could be a mix of things from system restore, windows updates,etc.

Download windirstat and it should tell you what is using up all your space.

Windows 7 some or another version.

Is there any way to make a dump file of that info from windirstat? I'd like to ask a few things about the findings.
