Hard Drive Noise

I have a secondary hard drive in my machine that I bought about a year ago. I'm pretty it's that one that's making the noise but it has that constant "mini machine gun" sound, where it always sounds like data is being read or transferred. It's really annoying and I'm trying to figure out how to get it to quiet down. It makes the noise ALL THE TIME, ON AND OFF. I'm running Win 7 just in case you needed that. Thanks everyone.

It sounds like the drive is about to fail, i've had this sound happen to me before, usually it works ok then there will be a few errors, then a few more and then failure
I'd say back up your data if it is important.

innercx, thanks for the reply.
Consider this question closed. I opened up the tower to disconnect the drive to verify it was that one, and the fan is messed up and causing a HD noise. I know, I know, you don't have to say it. :)
