Hard Drive Problem ?

I've got a problem on my laptop, when i had a look at my available and used space on my hard drive, the total amount of the hard drive has been reduced from around 18GB to about 13GB, i have included a snapshot of a screen which i found some information on my hard drive if that helps, it seems as if part of the hard drives space has been moved somewhere but i don't know how to get it back to normal ?

The 1st partition is only 13+GB ins size, and the rest is unallocated (You can't use it, yet). Just right-click the unallocated section, and there should be an option to create a new partition...just follow the instructions and if you don't know what to do, post here.
