Hard Drive Problem

Hello, I need some help. I have a Dell Laptop and I ran a diagnostic test, I got an error code 0142, which I believe is related to the hard drive. My Dell warranty expired so I am thinking of just buying a new hard drive, and was wondering where I should buy it from or where I should go to get a new one installed. Was wondering if anyone has ideas?
 
What is the model of laptop you have? In general, hard drives are simple to replace. The worst case senario being you have to take the adapters off the old drive and put on the new one.
