Hard Drive Q's

The only difference between the two is the speed. SATA is 150MB/s and SATA2 is 300MB/s. Though I seriouly doubt any drives will achive speeds faster than 150MB/s right now :P My comp's burst speeds are 216MB/s with two SATA drives.
