Hard Drive Setup on Work computer

This is all in regards to my computer at work.

I am running Windows Vista if that makes anything different.

The computer is less than a year old and it does not have alot running on it, but it keeps popping up with low disc space and will not do a back up because of it.

I checked the hard drives and the C: drive 42.1GB of 64.4GB free but the Recovery D: drive has 5.5MB of 9.99GB free.

When they set the computer up did they set it up wrong? Is there anything I can do to move things from the D: to the C:?

Thank you in advance!!

Your D: drive probably contains some sort of restore partition information, so you'll want to leave that alone. I could be wrong on this, but that's my first thought.

Make sure your backup is not pointing to D: drive. And don't backup to C: drive because that would be pointless (backing up onto itself). Get an external drive to make your backups to.
