The total size of the physical RAM on the HDD PCB is 32Mb. However, part of the HDD's own firmware code must be stored there to avoid constant accessing of the service area tracks (that area you hear it read when a drive first boots up) and the configuration pages stored in the ROM (a much slower non-volatile of memory on the PCB as well). So what you see is what's actually available for caching.
If I were you, I'd be more concerned about the other two drives you've got there that are showing "Caution" on the S.M.A.R.T. status.
